The hotel provided a very large bedroom and bathroom which needed a bit of maintenance, although it was a long way from the reception and dining rooms. The stay was acceptable for the price, although the room size was smaller than expected due to a free upgrade. The location needed better maintenance and ground upkeep but allowed for open windows while sleeping. The dining experience was somewhat chaotic with limited menu choices and poor service, and the facilities were not fully accessible due to staff shortages. Italian food was offered.
The service was a mix of great sausage but unprofessional behavior from staff members. Despite the location feeling bare and cafeteria-like, the welcome experience was delightful. The dining could use some improvements, but overall the stay was enjoyable.
